1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right
To withdraw, inform us of your decision by email to help@ghythrelprghapur.world. You may use the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement. We will confirm receipt.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened where possible.
5. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery where hygiene or health protection would prevent their return.
